From Passion Project to Pizzeria…

At Canotto Pizza, we believe that the best pizzas start with passion and a commitment to quality.

What began as a simple passion project in a home kitchen has blossomed into one of the UK’s top 50 pizzerias—one with a loyal following and a reputation for excellence.

Founded by a team of pizza enthusiasts, Canotto Pizza was born out of a love for authentic, NYC style pizza made with only the nest, freshest ingredients. What started as an experiment among friends quickly turned into something much bigger, as we realised that we had stumbled upon a recipe for something truly special. After countless hours of perfecting our dough, testing toppings, and rening our techniques, Canotto Pizza was born.

We have since scaled up, opening two vibrant locations where our customers could experience the warmth and energy of our kitchen, just as it was in the early days. Each pizza we craft is a reection of our commitment to traditional NYC methods, combined with modern creativity and the nest local ingredients.

Today, Canotto Pizza is ranked among the top 50 pizzerias in the UK, but we remain true to our roots.
